Why invest with Zeegar?
TOP-OF-INDUSTRY SECURED NET RETURNS
Few companies offer fixed, secure investment returns as high as we do—up to an annualized 8% net a year. All investors’ principal and interest returns are secured against Zeegar’s net assets, bound by a legal contract. Investments are distributed across all Zeegar’s low-cost residential projects to reduce investors’ risk. Additionally, we do not charge commissions or service fees of any kind.
TAX BENEFIT FOR FOREIGN INVESTORS
Zeegar investment returns are treated as interest income. Depending on the tax treaties in question, foreign investors from countries like Mexico and China pay only 10% withholding tax on interest income earned in the U.S. compared to about 30% tax on interest income for U.S. investors. There are no additional legal or regulatory hurdles for foreign investors. Zeegar files taxes on behalf of investors.
LOW AMOUNTS & QUICK PAYOFF
Our lowest investment tier starts at just $50K. Investors can invest at any time of the year. Investment terms can be as short as 6 or 12 months, with an option to renew or increase investments at payoff.

Our two directors have more than 30 years of combined real estate investment experience, and our in-house Design Build team has over 100 years of combined construction experience. Our power team includes brokers ranked top 1% in Chicago, an in-house Design Build team that allows us full control over budgets and timelines, as well as legal and accounting teams that provide tailored legal and tax advice to investors. Zeegar has invested in dozens of properties in Chicago, an average of 15-20 projects annually.
OUR CHICAGO-BASED INVESTMENT STRATEGY
Zeegar acquires properties with strong potential inexpensively through our extensive brokerage network. Our in-house Design Build team then rehab the properties to the highest standard at the lowest cost within fast turnaround times. Properties are then sold quickly at or above market value, through our top 1% Chicago brokers. Chicago, with its undervalued property market, high demand and stable prices is the perfect U.S. city for your investments.

Zeegar Discovery Day
Welcome to Zeegar!
Zeegar Discovery Day is an in-person meeting in Chicago (or an introductory video call) and your chance to meet and get to know the Zeegar team and get an up-close view of Zeegar’s carefully selected portfolio of properties.
Your initial meeting with Zeegar is our opportunity to discuss and understand your investment goals, long-term vision, and timelines.
Choose Your Investment
Choose the investment option that fits your investment goals and preferences.
Sign Your Agreement
Review and sign promissory note, which clearly outlines investment amount, interest percentage, and timeline.
Your Investment Begins
Your investment enters the Zeegar company escrow account on your investment start date.
Zeegar offers short 6 or 12 month payout periods, depending on your investment level.
Evaluate Your Investment
Three months before the end of your investment term, you can decide if you would like to roll over or withdraw your initial investment and/or interest earned.
Roll Over Your Investment
If you choose to roll over your investment, you’ll receive a new commitment letter and new promissory note to sign at expiry of your investment term.
Biren brings an extensive operations and project management experience to the company. On behalf of Zeegar’s investors, Biren ensures that all projects are managed to very strict guidelines and timelines. Biren has been responsible for the acquisition of hundreds of properties in the U.S. and has handled commercial real estate transactions in excess of $15 million dollars. Biren previously worked with Jones Lang LaSalle and NestSeekers International in New York and was also responsible for operations of an investment fund focused on Chicago. Biren holds a Master’s degree from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
MQ (Mingqiu) has extensive experience in the design and delivery of operational and strategic initiatives for complex multinational corporations, with expertise in helping clients develop growth, market entry, expansion, and business transformation strategies. Previously, he was a Senior Consultant with Ernst and Young’s Advisory Practice in New York City. MQ also has many years of experience working in the financial industry and in real estate investment in Chicago. MQ graduated from the Stern School of Business, New York University, with a B.S. in Business and a concentration in Finance.
